This document governs your access to and use of FUNDED Duck’s website (https://fundedduck.com), including our Automated and Manual trading services, pricing mechanisms, educational content, and all related tools (collectively, the “Service”). By using any aspect of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.

FUNDED Duck delivers both Automated and Manual trading options. The Automated Service consists of algorithmic strategies that execute trades seamlessly on MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms. The Manual Service offers curated trading signals and educational support reflecting the insights of retired Wall Street professionals, enabling you to execute trades yourself. All users consent to and understand the distinction between these modalities and must select the appropriate offering when subscribing.

Subscriptions are required for access. You may choose weekly, biweekly, or upfront payment models, depending on the Service tier. All subscription fees are final and non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated. It is your responsibility to verify your selected plan before committing. FUNDED Duck reserves the right to adjust fees and pricing at any time, with advance notice posted via our website or email.

By creating an account, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and truthful. Sharing login credentials or using fraudulent information may result in immediate termination of your account. You agree to update any changes to your details promptly.

Trading in financial markets carries inherent risk. Historical performance from the Automated or Manual services does not guarantee future profits. You acknowledge and accept that losses may exceed deposits. You assume full responsibility for all trading decisions, and nothing on our site constitutes investment advice. Consulting a professional advisor before trading is strongly recommended.

All intellectual property rights related to our Service, including proprietary code, market signals, educational content, trademarks, and related materials, are owned by FUNDED Duck or its licensors. You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, distribute, or derive new works from our materials without our strict written permission.

You agree to use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and not for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, such as market manipulation, unauthorized system access, or transmitting harmful code. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in the event of any misuse, including activities that undermine system integrity or violate law.

Our Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. FUNDED Duck disclaims all warranties regarding reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where expressly required by law. You use the Service at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FUNDED Duck, its affiliates, and associated personnel are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. In any event, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid in subscription fees during the twelve months preceding the claim.

We retain the authority to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of revisions will be made by updating the “Last Updated” date or by providing a notice on the site or via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Any issues arising from these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. You agree to submit to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts in Alabama for all disputes.
