FUNDED Duck delivers both Automated and Manual trading options. The Automated Service consists of algorithmic strategies that execute trades seamlessly on MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms. The Manual Service offers curated trading signals and educational support reflecting the insights of experienced trading professionals, enabling you to execute trades yourself. All users consent to and understand the distinction between these modalities and must select the appropriate offering when subscribing.

03Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Subscriptions are required for access. You may choose weekly, biweekly, or upfront payment models, depending on the Service tier. All subscription fees are final and non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated. It is your responsibility to verify your selected plan before committing. FUNDED Duck reserves the right to adjust fees and pricing at any time, with advance notice posted via our website or email.

04Accounts & Registration

By creating an account, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and truthful. Sharing login credentials or using fraudulent information may result in immediate termination of your account. You agree to update any changes to your details promptly.

05Trading Risk Disclosure

Trading in financial markets carries inherent risk. Historical performance from the Automated or Manual services does not guarantee future profits. You acknowledge and accept that losses may exceed deposits. You assume full responsibility for all trading decisions, and nothing on our site constitutes investment advice. Consulting a professional advisor before trading is strongly recommended.

06Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to our Service, including proprietary code, market signals, educational content, trademarks, and related materials, are owned by FUNDED Duck or its licensors.
